She is a woman, a Mexican, an illegal border crosser, a victim, a victor.
What makes her leave everything behind and let a strange man guide her through the desert? Where is she going? What is she looking for and is she going to find it?
One woman tells the story of millions.

“El Coyote, the border crossing guide, is a rude man with a moustache that tickles his   upper lip. He looks at me like a hungry wolf at the sight of a dead sheep and says: Starting this moment I'm the closest thing to a father you have."
